I suffer from recurrent episodes of low back pain. Is spinal manipulation really effective for back pain relief?Spinal manipulation appears at least equivalent to conventional therapy. Keep in mind that the treatment may involve multiple visits to the chiropractor, and you should always confirm the provider's credentials and license beforehand.
